1. What we collect
- Account data: email, authentication details, and account role.
- Profile data (optional/required depending on role): demographic and onboarding information.
- Campaign data (advertisers): campaign settings, creatives, and performance data.
- Cross-network network data: insights, thought submissions, and moderation decisions from the Consciousness Network that are relevant to product operations and quality control.
- Usage data: ad impressions, completions, clicks, and anti-fraud signals.
- Network context data: links between ad-network actions and consciousness submissions for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and trust signals.
- Payment data: top-ups and billing records (processed by our payment provider).
2. How we use data
- Provide and operate the Service (accounts, campaigns, and delivery).
- Prevent fraud and abuse and enforce limits and eligibility rules.
- Process payments and accounting.
- Improve and moderate both networks by combining signals across products, including using approved Human Network submissions as internal data sources for LLM/product operations where allowed.
- Improve product quality, reliability, and customer support.
- Attribute trust and performance metrics across the Ad Network and Human Network.
- Send service-related emails (verification, receipts, critical notices).
3. Sharing
We share data with service providers that help us run the Service (for example: hosting, storage, email, and payments). We may also share information if required by law or to protect the Service from fraud and abuse.
For operational integrity, we may combine or transfer approved user-contributed data between the Ad Network and Human Network when necessary for moderation, safety, and internal model/analytics processing.
Admin users may tag, anonymize, or aggregate cross-network signals before use in internal LLM pipelines. Data that is not eligible for anonymous aggregation is only used for the explicit purpose and role-based access under which it was collected.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain session security, and operate core features.
5. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We may retain limited records for fraud prevention and accounting.
